How we use your details

Nova AI Club uses your name, email, programme, answers, video link, and any CV you add to review your application and contact you about this intake. Applying does not guarantee membership.

Applications and CVs are stored privately in the EU, on Cloudflare R2, and are accessible to the club team. Your video stays on the platform you chose; we only store the link. They are not published or shared with hiring partners. You can ask us to remove your details by contacting Lukas on LinkedIn (opens in a new tab).
