01 / The club
Put AI to work in your studies, projects and first job. Learn from practitioners, build something you can show and meet people who follow through. The founding cohort is for every programme, from finance to marketing.
Share what you are trying and ask when you get stuck. Then help the next person. Between events we keep learning in our WhatsApp community, open to every Nova student.
We bring in practitioners and work through real problems with them. Bring your questions and a task you want to get better at.
A useful automation, a tested workflow or a working prototype. Then learn to explain what you built and why it works, in class, on a project or in an interview.
All collected in under 24 hours.
02 / Departments
Read what each one does, then pick your first choice when you apply, and a second if you like.
Build AI that students and companies actually use.
We build two things. Open study tools for every Nova student, like flashcards and an exam generator. And pro bono automation for companies and non-profits that External Relations brings in: we map a slow process, build an AI agent for it and hand it over. Once a month we meet for a build night.

Research with Nova's D³ institute. Verified AI news for all.
Two parts. Research on how AI is put into practice, together with the Digital Data Design Institute (D³) at Nova SBE, an affiliate of Harvard's D³ Institute. We have agreed to work with the institute, and the first research sprint is planned for this semester. And an AI news brief every two weeks: we sort the news, Projects tests the tools, Marketing turns the brief into a video. AI safety is a standing topic.

Get AI news and tutorials to every Nova student.
We run the club's Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletter and WhatsApp community. The main job is the AI news: every two weeks, a 60-second video and a newsletter made from the Research brief. We also promote every event and recruiting round, and film what members build.

Open company doors for Nova students.
Everything that faces outside the club. We bring companies in for workshops and visits, find sponsors for events and stay in touch with AI clubs at other universities. We also find the companies and non-profits that Projects automates for, pro bono.
Company workshops
Get a company to teach a workshop and organize the day
Company visits
Plan and run visits to teams that use AI at work
Client outreach
Find companies and non-profits with a process Projects can automate
Free AI tools
Ask AI companies for free or cheaper access for Nova students
Starting points, not fixed roles.
You would cold-email a company and follow up until they reply.

Run the club so the others can build.
We make the club feel like a club: we throw the kick-off, build nights, dinners and parties that bring members together. We also choose who joins: reading applications and talking to applicants. And we keep things running behind the scenes, so everyone else can build.
Events and socials
Plan the kick-off, build nights, dinners and parties
Recruiting
Choose the next members: read applications, talk to applicants
Club playbook
Write down what works, so every event beats the last one
Starting points, not fixed roles.
You're the one who organizes the party, and everyone shows up.

03 / Open resources
Practical guides, workflows and resources worth your time. Free for every student, member or not.
Start with the school's own AI platform, open with your Nova login. Its current tools and usage guidance are listed there.

04 / The last mile
Our goal: every student here uses AI better than the average professional in their field. And the guides that get them there stay public.
Solved.
Billions have gone into making AI more capable. Almost nothing has gone into the part that decides whether it matters. Can a person facing a real deadline get a correct result out of it, and know when not to trust it?
A practice problem.
That gap is the last mile of AI. A better model will not close it. It is a practice problem: workflows, judgement and habits, built one person and one process at a time.
One person and one process at a time.
This is where business students come in. In every company, someone will soon own how these tools get used, and most of those people will not be engineers. The job is commercial, not technical, and almost nobody is being trained for it. We work on adoption.
05 / This semester
Most of what we run is teaching. You leave each session with something that works, shown by people who use these tools daily. Sometimes you build under pressure. Below is our plan for autumn. We publish exact dates and places once they are confirmed.
